Reliance Jio will offer following benefits to customers for Rs. 99

In Aug 2016, Reliance jio Free Sim offer was at absolutely zero cost to customer, customer was initially offered Unlimited Voice, data, SMS, Apps till 31st Dec 2016. Unlimited data was soon revised 1 GB data free every day. However considering  Vodafone and Airtel 1GB 4G at rs. 147 , it was boom to users.

A mad rush was seen for 4G handsets, and all premium handsets retailers has applied ‘NO 2G /3G handset’ policy.

2G/3G handsets was liability for Brands like Intex, Lava, Micromax, Gionee, Karbon. Every retailer wanted to get rid of these handsets. Reliance own handset brand LYF offered 4G handset as low as Rs. 3500 and paradigm shift was noticed.

Brand like Intex who was low with 4G handset till December 2016, found itself at ‘no man’s land’.

Back to Reliance Jio sim offer, Reliance free data/voice/apps/sms that was initially offered for 90 days or up to 31st December extended till 31st march 2017. It does help Reliance to build initial base and Reliance Jio acquired 100 million customers in February itself.
