Nokia decided to go on looks rather than features, it has average feature and specification however iconic emotions attached with this model are making it huge success. It is being sold Rs. 2000 higher than MRP.

Nokia is back in business, it has been taken open handed by users. However HMD look ill prepared for demand, there is huge gap in demand and supply. It is notes that handset is being sold at least at MRP and sellers are demanding even premium above MRP.
Nokia is ill prepared with launch of this handset. It couldn’t met demand of this phone. Supply was havoc and resulted selling this phone above MRP.
Nokia’s management is yet to learn lesson from its failure. There is certain disconnect with customer expectation and management decision making.
